Edible Gypsum’s Development in Leixin
In 2007, Leixin pushed the publishment of GB1892-2007《Food additive calcium sulfate》 which added calcium sulfate’s category and improved the product standard at the same time.
In 2011, as the only one food additive calcium sulfate (gypsum) producer, Leixin united beer association, research institutes and other companies to add calcium sulfate (gypsum) into food industry additive list. In May of the same year, Ministry of Health published new announcement that calcium sulfate (gypsum) has been added in the food industry additive list and can be used in all kinds of food processing including beer industry.
In 2010, Leixin exclusively released How the Food Additive Calcium Sulfate Was Tempered to show all production steps without secret which improved the industry standard of food additive calcium sulfate. In 2011, Leixin published Food Additive Calcium Sulphate Purchasing White Book to build the standard of food additive calcium sulfate. Leixin also published many technical articles about the application in beer, bean product, baking and so on to supply professional technical support for customers.
